Well, it's the last day of April and I am drained. What can we rant about today.

So, in America there is two headlines circulating, the first been that Amazon sites outside the US are being placed on the notorious business list and the second is Trump says China wants him to loose the election. 

Well for the first, it seems that Amazon sites everywhere else except in the US sells fake goods online which may be true for some, but may or may not be true world wide. It is purely because items in other countries are cheaper than in the US, so shoppers buy those items instead and Trump doesn't like that even though he has businesses outside the US making his family richer. Also it is said Trump did it because he hates the Amazon founder and states Amazon doesn't pay enough taxes, which in part is true, but Amazon does at least show their tax returns where Trump still hasn't allowed his tax returns to be viewed even though he should have before been elected as president, so again Trump holds himself above everyone else on the planet.

So, secondly Trump believes China wants him to lose his re election race because of his trade wars with them and the coronavirus, but what he doesn't understand is that it's not just China who wants rid of him, it's the whole F****** planet, maybe with the exception of Russia and North Korea who are benefiting from having this idiotic narcissist in office.

So how about back in dear old Blighty, well the papers are going with two different headlines. The first is how thee UK is on course to have the highest number of coronavirus deaths in Europe and the second is about the birth of Johnson's baby boy. In my opinion the first should take precedence over the second as its Johnson's governments handling of the pandemic which has caused such a high death count by cost cutting and not stockpiling or buying the right PPE in the first place, but instead trying to breakaway from Europe which is totally stupid. Also I couldn't give a flying F*** about Johnson's illegitimate b******, let alone need to hear or see it in the news, how is that really newsworthy even if we weren't in the middle of a pandemic where it is said, a third of people admitted to hospital with the virus will die. That is just heartbreaking!!!

Anyway for some better news, Captain Tom turns one hundred today, happy birthday Sir Tom Moore. He has raised thirty million pounds (£30,000,000), been made an honorary colonel in the army, Been presented with a replacement Second World War Defence Medal ahead of next week's VE Day celebrations and has received a flypast of a Spitfire and Hurricane from the RAF Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, based at RAF Coningsby, which made three passes of his house to mark the occasion. That is how you honour a hero Mr Johnson and Mr Trump.

Well, only a couple of days left in April, Then on to a new month of rants. But for now let's check out today.

So, in America Trump stays out of harms way after his cock up last week, but his VP Mike Pence defied rules to wear face masks as he visited a clinic in Minnesota. Everyone else on that visit wore face masks and when asked about his decision he simply said "That he and everyone around him are regularly tested for the coronavirus. And since I don't have the coronavirus, I thought it would be a good opportunity for me to be here, to be able to speak to these researchers, these incredible healthcare personnel, and look them in the eye and say thank you". Pence has openly defied advice to wear face masks from the very beginning of the pandemic and carried on travelling the country even though one of his aides was one of the first to test positive back in March. Trump has also said previously he has no plans to ever wear a face. Are these guys just stupid or do they really believe their religious beliefs will protect them. I am not wishing ill health on either of them, but a good dose of coronavirus might just bring sense to the senseless.

So back to another senseless leader and in dear old Blighty Boris Johnson has become a father again as his fiance gives birth to a son, I know this is a bit of good news, but is it really newsworthy, millions of British women give birth everyday and they aren't slapped all over the news. Let's hope this little fella grows up to have more sense than his father and isn't just another F****** private schoolboy prick. Good Luck Johnson Junior!

And back to the coronavirus it looks like the border wars are escalating between England and Scotland as the Scottish parliament advises on the use of face masks and the English parliament doesn't. Is this the start of Scotland's fight for Independence ahead of the full Brexit roll out after the UK government dismisses the Scottish governments advice. Let me know before hand, so I can move north of the border before the wall goes up along the new Hadrian's wall. 

Other good news to end on today is the scheduled fly pass to celebrate Captain Tom Moore's birthday which is an excellent idea and to top that he has received over one hundred thousand birthday cards. His fundraising has also nearly hit the thirty million mark. Good on you Captain Tom.

Good morning Tuesday, Shall we see what there is to rant about today.

So, today in America Trump can't understand why there has been a rise in disinfectant poisonings, is he really that stupid that he can't see that his stupidity of last week, is the cause saying his comments were meant sarcastically and that he takes no responsibility for it. You F****** idiot you don't say sarcastic remarks in a national briefing and not expect some of your idiot followers to attempt your advice. All this and the idiots that put him in the whitehouse still think he is doing a great job, are you F****** blind, he is the reason you have fifty five thousand dead bodies in your country or is it just God's will or survival of the fittest. 

After a front line doctor took her own life after surviving the virus, her father is calling for more help for these professionals who are visibly showing symptoms of PTSD due to the increase in fatalities they are seeing. Trump's administration is neglecting the front line medical workers and focusing more on funding big businesses through this pandemic. All of the relief fund has been paid out to big businesses who don't require the funding while the small businesses and the lower paid workers suffer.

Well what's happening back in old Blighty. The biggest rises in virus outbreaks that are being hushed up or incorrectly reported is in care homes and prisons. In care homes alone in the week ending seventeenth of April there were two thousand deaths in the care home sector which is unacceptable as these people are amongst the most vulnerable in the nation and is the highest since records of deaths in care homes first started been recorded back in 1993. In the prison sector there has been no major spikes in cases, but it is believed that the number infected or possibly infected could be six times that of recorded cases, just because these people are locked up doesn't mean they can't get infected due to contact with new inmates or even the staff. all in all it is a S*** poor example of certain sectors been ill equipped to deal with sudden issues like the coronavirus which is down to either under funding by privately run institutions or just poor management by the people in charge higher up, as well as the governments cost cutting of budgets for those sectors year after year. Who knows, but something needs to change in the future to insulate certain sectors from mass infections.

Okay, the only good news I could find is that reports of super heroes been seen running around towns as people exercising have started to wear fancy dress to amuse locals as they take there daily run. Reports of Spiderman, Batman, the Flash, Ironman, Robin, Wonder Woman, Batwoman, Batgirl, Spider-Boy, Captain America and Rainbow Girl. Householders on postman Russell Sanders' delivery route in Oxfordshire spotted a different superhero in their neighbourhood every day last week as the postman decided to dress up as different characters to raise money for the NHS. On that cheery note that's it for today.

So I think this is week five or maybe six of the lockdown, but I could be totally wrong and it could be week twenty. What is there to rant about today.

Well Trump was visibly absent from news headlines today, but still came under criticism for scheduling his speech at the West Point academy in June amidst the fact that the amount of suspected virus cases has risen to just under one million and they have seen nearly fifty five thousand deaths in the US alone. This US president has to be at the head of the list for the stupidest person to ever hold the post. Even with those staggering numbers American states are beginning to roll back the lockdown which is in my opinion is a little too early.

While back in dear old Blighty primeminister Johnson has given a rousing speech thanking all of the British public and health care workers which is all good and well as he tells us we are nearly at the end of phase one calling the virus an invisible mugger and that lockdown would be eased as cases and deaths per day start to fall, but we are at the point of maximum risk and that all future decisions would be made with full transparency, so does that mean all previous decision weren't transparent.

I have a question where do insurance companies get off denying claims or even still charging for certain covers like car insurance where vehicles have sat idle for over a month. Will they be refunding policy holders for unused cover or are they the only exception where they can still over charge for something that may never happen. I have always felt like I was being fleeced when I pay for an imaginary possibility year after year, never claiming, but still see my policies cost more and more each year never seeing a reduction. I remember one year my motor insurance increased and when I queried why when I had used the car less was told even though I had over thirty years experience driving I was more of a risk due to driving less which just flabbergasts me.

On a happier note the Royal Mail has said up until Friday to celebrate his one hundredth birthday on the thirtieth of April Captain Tom Moore will be commemorated with a post mark reading "Happy 100th Birthday Captain Thomas Moore NHS fundraising hero 30th April 2020". He has also raised his number of laps to two hundred as he finished the first one hundred ahead of time and has now raised twenty nine million pounds which is just amazing.

Good Morning Sunday, what we got today?

In America, both presidential candidates step up advertising and media campaigning with Biden hitting out at Trump's failure's while Trump just runs his hoax video's over and over. Trump is no longer doing briefings as he says they are not worth it after coming under criticism for his disinfectant and UV light comments, the big baby has spat his dummy out again because no one loves him except the F****** morons who are racist, gun happy, evangelical twisted "I Love Trump Cult". Speaking of moron's thousands suffering from the heat wave in southern California decided it would be a good idea to go to the beach during lockdown disregarding advice. Come on America heed scientific fact or millions will die.

So, what of the morons in dear old Blighty. Well the biggest moron (Johnson) is going back to work tomorrow to F*** the UK up even more. I ain't religious, but for god's sake how do we get rid of him, please someone tell me. Also in the news we have a mini martial law in place, but police don't know what the rules are as the government keeps chopping and changing them, while one thousand serving members of the armed forces are rolled out to run mobile testing centres for the virus ( George Orwell was right). Deputy primeminister Dominic Raab did a press briefing saying they had introduced the lockdown at the right time to flatten the curve for the spread of the virus and that they had supplied the NHS with everything they needed to prevent being overwhelmed with the influx of patients. Raab is a true politician deflecting the facts with bullshit because if they had done something sooner maybe there wouldn't be twenty thousand dead or the medical staff wouldn't be struggling to cope with the lack of essential equipment. It must be so good to stand back patting himself and his government on the back for a job not done. Again for God's sake do these F******* politicians even know how bad a job they have done, There are twenty thousand dead and it is now been thought that those that have survived may already have the antibodies needed in there systems, so once again it's down to survival of the fittest.

And welcome back to another weekend, What can we rant about today.

Well in America, Trumps administration decides to cancel daily press briefing by the president after some pretty stupid information and as Trump walked out of yesterdays briefing without answering any questions which means no more way, way out of the box thinking, at least on the public platform as Trump starts his 2020 re-election campaign. Talking of Trump's re-election campaign the company that launched an app for the campaign was one of the companies that received money from the PPP (Paycheck Protection Payment) fund. 

Phunaware a company that specialises in the mass collection of smartphone location data and the company working with the Trump campaign has sixty staff making them eligible for the PPP loan from the federal coronavirus relief fund for small businesses receiving just under three million dollars in aid which is fourteen times the current PPP payout of two hundred thousand dollars. This is beyond illegal, but they say there is no allegation of illegality with the loan. Come on a company linked to Trump gets fourteen times what they should that is just unbelievable as they should be getting paid out of Trumps campaign fund making them ineligible for aid.

Okay back over the pond at home in old Blighty Johnson is managing to stay out of the headlines, but his cabinet isn't. The latest outcry is over his supposed chief advisor Dominic Cummings who does what exactly? The shadow cabinet is asking questions over this blokes involvement with SAGE (Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies) as he was an advisor for the leave campaign prior to Brexit and attended meetings bringing in to question any advise or decisions made by SAGE. It has also been reported that the government was advised to stockpile PPE last year and didn't take the advise seriously, so all in all it seems that our current government would rather heed to political status advice instead of health and welfare advice because it involved us leaving the European market place and putting money in to Europe's pockets and not their own.

But I suppose on happier note it seems that there is a scheme to introduce iPad's so patients can keep in touch with family.

Well today is a bit of a sombre day in the world and in my personal life. Yet let's see what there is to rant about.

In America Trump once again shows his stupidity and idiocy by asking doctors to look in to the use of UV light on or injecting disinfectant in to people to cure the coronavirus which showed in the demeanour of Dr Birx who rejected the idea. Also a vaccine expert was ousted for questioning Trumps unproven treatments which really begs the question does anyone write his speeches or does he make stuff up on the spot. Come on America your president is flailing as a leader and he is the one who should be ousted because he is useless in his job. For someone who supposedly got a B.S in Economics he is clueless, maybe the B.S stands for BULLSHIT in Economics.

So back to dear old Blighty and once again we have a Thursday clapathon for the nations medical staff and carers, and once again idiots gathered in groups on the bridges of London to show their support as well as share their germs. Local councils are complaining their bailout from the government is running out, how can that be when we silly F****** are paying them in tax.

So in the good news camp, Bin men in the North East were filmed playing hopscotch while emptying bins.

And welcome to thankful Thursday (forgive the sarcasm), so let's see what's been happening, shall we?

In America, Trump finally found away to close his borders which he has been trying to do for nearly four years as he signed the green card suspension order (using the pandemic as a cover to ram through long-sought hardline immigration policies in an election year) stopping all immigrants and their extended families from applying to live and work in the US with the excuse that it is to help Americans get to the front of the line for jobs and would last sixty days with an option to extend. Also he has been seen planting a tree for International Earth day which was a joke as this guy has never done a hard days work in his life. Then it was followed by yet another tweet ordering the destruction of any Iranian gunboats harassing US ships, but in his own infallible way he cocked that up by saying he had ordered any gunboats to be shot down. I didn't know the Iranians had invented boats that fly. 

So leaving the shores of the free and idiots, let's look at dear old Blighty. Firstly Johnson is supposedly recovering at Checkers, but still conducting business as usual except for prime-ministers question time which Labour's Harriet Harmon is accusing him of hiding from, saying if he is well enough to talk to the US president and conduct affairs of state, he should be well enough to answer MP's questions remotely whether he is at Checkers or Downing street recovering. In America they have the twenty fifth amendment to deal with the president becoming too ill to work, why doesn't the UK have something similar to oust an unsuccessful or ill leader. We are being told researchers are ready to conduct human trials of the COVID-19 vaccine, but it may not be fully ready till the end of the year which is scary considering we still have nine months to go. 

In economic overpricing the AA say "Drivers are getting mauled and ripped off at the petrol pumps" claiming in this economic crisis we are being overcharged by more than five pounds a tank for petrol and should be paying around one pound a litre, but in some cases we are being charge ten pence more per litre than we should be. Tax, Tax, Tax - the government has to make its money somehow and they will always find a way to stick it to the public.

There is a spirit of hope out there as people find different ways to raise money for the NHS workers.

Good Morning Wednesday! Bright sunny spring morn, just right for some ranting. So let's get started.

Nurses in America held their own protest outside the Whitehouse yesterday naming the fallen colleagues who have died fighting the spread of the coronavirus. This in a country supposed to be the land of the free. No one is F****** free while they allow an idiot to run their country. These nurses shouldn't have had to protest. Trump and his administration should be praising and listening to more front-line workers, They know what is going on more than Trump who hides away in his ivory tower. Come on America get your heads out of your asses and see him for what he is. Then you have Fox (F******) news who thought it would be good to talk about Nancy Pelosi's Refrigerator because of how much they cost. Okay the amount was a bit high, but to berate her for that when trump has a gold toilet, come America there are more important things going on in the world.Trump is telling everyone things will be back to normal by the end of the month, when figures show things are far from normal. In the space of sixty days America has seen a rise in coronavirus cases by eight hundred and twenty four thousand, four hundred and four (824,404), that's nearly a million in sixty days. Open the county and it could well hit three times that. It just makes me wonder how these people get the jobs!!!!!

So the main news in Blighty is that the government F****** up when it comes to PPE and are now under scrutiny for delaying the decision to join the EU medical equipment scheme all because of a stupid notion that the UK would be better off outside the common market. I think Brexit was and will be a F****** disastrous decision both economically and politically, but I am no economist or politician, so what do I know? Also it has been reported that all nurses are to be rechecked for the coronavirus as the original tests could be flawed, again another enormous political cock up by the conservative party under the rule of the Mad Hatter Boris Johnson which brings us nicely on to those beautiful new nightingale hospitals been opened which by all reports are turning away possible infected people due to under staffing. OMG bring back Churchill, bring back Thatcher, bring back a leader that can do the job they were voted to do. Please!!!

Welcome to Tuesday, Shall we check in on the stupidity going on around the world.

As cases of infection keep rising I can't help shaking my head at American's. Are they really so arrogant to believe the constitution gives them the right to defy a government sanctioned lockdown to protest their inability to survive, no wonder they are the only country to make zombie movies. They are zombies under the mind control of a F****** idiotic president. Instead of calming the nation he is inciting them. There were more cases of states protesting yesterday as Washington, California and Phoenix held protests multiplying the chances of more infections been orchestrated by Trump supporters with banners including swastikas and open defiance carrying sub machine guns in public which as a Brit I fined really scary. One guy was shouting about losing his seventy thousand pound a year job, if he was making that much money why didn't he bother investing or saving any of it, like a sane person would instead of living in luxury while others who work in minimum wage jobs like the nurses who are trying to save lives. Come on America get a bit of sanity and stop listening to the idiot holed up safely in the big white building taking to Twitter to do his inciting.

And back in Blighty more NHS staff are speaking out about the lack of PPE in hospitals and care facilities which is the least of our worries because if the government had done their job, hospitals would have what they needed instead of relying on businesses to diversify and make what is needed. The biggest issue is the amount of medical staff who are dying which is outrageous.

On the good news front, Captain Tom has received twenty five thousand birthday cards to help him celebrate his one hundredth birthday.

So, welcome to week (I have lost count) of the lockdown and the world is going crazy especially in America.

Only in America would you find idiots in groups protesting about being in lockdown. Trump keeps on inciting the moronic half of the American public to protest as witnessed in Denver where drivers took to the roads honking their horns to signify their upset in the states lockdown, but the joke was on them when two nurses dressed in scrubs and masks formed their own protest by blocking the road. Elsewhere white supremacists armed with assault rifles protested on the steps of a government building which one black twitter user pointed out if they had been black men and armed they would have been shot for no reason at all (only in America). Also Trump took to twitter once again to insult Nancy Pelosi calling for her to be overthrown, more incitement. When is the American public going to open their eyes and remove the blinkers to the lies, criminality, blatant funnelling of funds in to family businesses and pockets, racism and inadequacy of this man to lead a country, four years is enough. I am an impartial British subject asking the most powerful country in the world to get some balls and get rid of their narcissistic, nepotistic, dementia fuelled, racist bigot of a president.

Okay, on to old Blighty, what have we got. Well firstly as a royalist it does grind my nuts that Prince Harry has started wearing skirts (metaphorically) as he carries on letting his actress wife wear the trousers. This once proud member of the oldest royal family is been pushed in to obscurity due to his wife's inability to take a little criticism from the world press. She knew what she was marrying in to, so in my opinion she should shut the F*** up and allow him to for fill his birthright. He may only be sixth in line to the thrown, but he has lived a pretty good life up to now living off the proceeds of his birth until some stuck up actress decided she no longer liked the spotlight and it was interfering with her acting career. Anyway getting back to politics PPE from Turkey is delayed, stock in hospitals is dwindling and the government is hiding information involving death counts, death causes and the fact that they delayed action on  a known pandemic for five weeks along with the news that they had an option and refused to use it, to stock pile PPE with the rest of the European market. Another fact is that while they are aiding with paying those not working, the long term economic landscape is going to change dramatically due to not being prepared to fight the now global pandemic. All this really worries me.

Good morning Sunday, how are we today. Well let's see shall we.

In America Trump is supporting the crowd gathering and protesting going on in some states calling them responsible. It's okay for him locked up in his ivory tower, but for the thousands that could be getting infected it's the height of stupidity, Shame on you POTUS (Prick of the United States). New York State Governor Mr Cuomo hit back at Trump accusing him of washing his hands and claiming his job is done, which is untrue as I see it until he leaves the house of the people his job is never done. Trump has also claimed his reopening of the country plan is underway and some states (those that like Trump) are starting to implement the opening as soon as tomorrow which is highly dangerous with very few tests being carried out. I will keep saying it the mentality in America baffles me.

Back in Blighty, their are claims that Johnson's government dropped the ball and lost a crucial time period of five weeks when they could have lessened the impact of the coronavirus during February which is just criminal and maybe they should be charged with manslaughter of thousands. With Johnson's health once again making the news Michael Gove took to the media to outline the plans for when they relax the lockdown, but was talking like his voice-box and brain were disjointed stumbling unprofessionally through his statement, If this is the type of leadership we have, I fear for us all. Also a whistle blower has come forward with the distressing news regarding death's of the elderly (whether in care or living in the community) with claims GP's aren't even checking the cause of death for some, just recording them as old age, dementia or Alzheimer's instead of coronavirus without even visiting their patient, if this is true then GP's should be held accountable for false reporting.

So welcome to the weekend, Shall we see what there is to rant about today.

So Trump is now calling on the public in three states to petition there governors who are democrats to reopen their states going against advice and also told the New York governor Mr Cuomo to spend more time doing and less time complaining. I do believe that's the pot calling the kettle, as Trump thinks Twitter is his own sounding board for anything he thinks or even when he doesn't think and puts gob into action without engaging brain, which in my opinion is very F****** useless anyway. Trump is once again inciting riots and creating hatred with his racist, sexist narcissistic attitude where he is God's messenger on earth and deserves to be worshipped. Come on America show backbone and get rid of this idiot before he brings you in to a second civil war. They are now questioning when the presidential election will be run, but either way Trump will not get anymore time in the Whitehouse unless America has another meltdown and see's this F****** idiot as a saviour. 

Returning to dear old Blighty the story is the complete opposite to America with hardly any disturbing news and no more Johnson headlines. One news headline coming from the department of corrections is that due to wrong prisoners being released the early release program has been suspended which is a joke, how do you release the wrong inmates. Also we are still hearing about PPE shortages leaving medical and caring staff at risk of infection which is closely followed by the news some services provided by local councils could be at risk to their budgets running out which begs the question where the F*** does our national insurance contributions and our council tax payments really go if a simple four to five week lockdown creates such shortfalls in funding. Answer me that ministers, councillors and hospital trusts, especially since you're still getting your income and living it up on the tax payers dime.

So for the good news or slightly better news, good old Captain Tom who turns one hundred on April thirtieth, Happy Birthday and he has up to now raised a staggering twenty one million pounds in less than two weeks. Also firms are changing diversity to help out the country with the likes of Nissan making face masks and Barbour making Surgical gowns showing the spirit of this small island in a time of crisis.

Okay so it's a slow news day, but we will try to find something to rant about.

So Trump rolls out his plan to reopen his country even with it still being the number one country for virus outbreaks, but what he wants comes first. He has said that the governors of each state will decide with the help of the federal government which means do as I say or else. That even extends to his family as Ivanka is criticised for taking a personal trip from Washington DC to one of their golf courses in New Jersey with her family to celebrate Passover, while the rest of the country is advised not to travel. Just goes to show you there's still one rule for the Trumps and one for everyone else, it's really overdue that America sees them for what they are money grabbing narcissistic freeloaders and we will just have to wait to see the bill for that little trip that will go straight back into the Trump reserve as her security detail would have been billed over the top for rooms, etc.

Meanwhile back in blighty Johnson is looking into ways to thank Captain Tom Moore for his efforts to help raise funds for NHS charities which currently stands at over seventeen million pounds. What a F****** shit storm, there's nothing to think about he deserves a national party at Buckingham palace for his one hundredth birthday and a Knighthood, not just for his fundraising, but for his service during the second world war. Pull your finger out Johnson and do something right for once in your miserable life. In other news care home staff are finally been heard about the lack of PPE available to carers throughout the caring industry which is still inadequate. One last thing this regular clapping spree for NHS workers is getting out of hand. Yes applaud there efforts, but stop congregating in groups ignoring social distancing like what was witnessed on London bridge last night. Your just going to make things worse for the overworked NHS staff when you contract the virus celebrating their work. How F****** stupid can people get.

So today's happier note is about Sunderland pensioner ninety year old Margaret Payne, who has vowed to climb the stairs in her home two hundred and eighty two times for NHS charities which will be the equivalent height of the Highland's mountain, Suilven after getting inspiration from watching Captain Moore. The war time generation is showing the following generations up and how things should be done. Good luck to Margaret.

Very little in the news headlines different to the rest of the week, so here goes.

The main news out of America is Trumps lack of empathy for the suffering going on around his country, that is just my opinion. He is in talks to open the country back up saying that they have passed the peak in America, so it safe to reopen the country and will be outlining the rules for states to abide by. All this while New York reports an upsurge in cases. Trump is only interested in two things his re-election in November and how much money he can make for himself and his family. In dear old Blighty the news is that the lockdown will be extended for a further three weeks and no more Johnson in the headline "Yippee", but there was fresh focus on Brexit saying we will not extend the transitioning period passed the end of the year so a deal better be in place. What a f****** pile of bullshit, there couldn't be a worse time for us to leave the EU with the economic shit pile we will be in due to the coronavirus pandemic. Also there is fresh calls with reports of a further twenty four deaths linked to the virus in one care home for how the government has let down medical and care facility staff with the lack of PPE available putting so many lives at risk. I witnessed how a viral infection could spread like wildfire, when I was taking my father to his daycare sessions and they got cancelled over a simple diarrhoea outbreak among residents. Care homes are a hotbed of disease because anything the staff catch outside their workplace is transferred to the residents which is multiplied as each resident passes it on to the next one and so on. The lack of equipment just exasperates the problem when a flu or something worse like COVID-19 is put in to the mix. Also the heartbreak of family members of doctors, nurses and orderlies losing their loved one from the virus because of the lack of PPE is a scandal.

So as usual After a rant I like to bring some pleasant news and today it is again about Captain Tom Moore the ninety nine year old second world war veteran. Captain Tom this morning completed one hundred laps of his garden and finished before his one hundredth birthday at the end of the month getting an honour guard from the first battalion The Yorkshire Regiment as he successfully finished and raised twelve million pounds for NHS charities. He said he only wanted to raise one thousand pounds and was proud to complete it flanked by the soldiers. That's me done for today.

So another day, not another pound or dollar depending on which side of the pond your on. So let's see what there's to rant about today.

Well the big news out of America is Trump has put a halt to the funding of the world health organisation saying "I am directing my administration to halt funding while a review is conducted to assess the World Health Organisation's role in severely mismanaging and covering up the spread of the coronavirus", so once again it's not his fault, it's somebody else's, 'WOW!', can this guy stoop any lower. Well yes he can because he has also put a delay on stimulus payments, so his name can be added to the paper cheques as if he is personally paying the public himself, what a F****** ego this guy has.

Speaker Pelosi publicly blamed Trump for dismantling the specific infrastructure set up by the previous administrations which was meant to plan for and overcome a pandemic. You got wonder what or which Americans actually voted this idiot in to the Whitehouse in the first place which in my opinion is a F***** up system when a person who has no experience of working in a government position can skip to the front of the line and put themselves forward to run a country just because they have more money. It should be put in to the constitution that you can only run for president if you have first been a senator followed by a governor of a state like any proper employment or military body, you work your way up the chain at least to become primeminister in Britain you have to start in local council, moving up to minister within one of the parties.

So back in dear old Blighty, talking of the primeminister at least he has kept out of the news for another day, but the issue's with care homes is worsening and as the death toll rises the government have finally accepted it's time to test staff and residents who show symptoms, but that's like closing the stable after the horse has bolted because yet another care home has reported fifteen deaths which is just unacceptable. This virus is killing off a generation of people who were the backbone of the country during and after the second world war and they deserve better than to be left to die. Has society really dropped so low that it's everybody for themselves, well thankfully it isn't.

Because speaking of backbone, in happier news it has been reported that ninety nine year old war veteran Tom Moore has raised four million pounds in aid of NHS charities by doing laps of his garden with his stroller and vows to keep going, good on you Tom, showing the spirit that won the war, so lacking at the moment putting the money hungry politicians to shame because their still getting paid for doing nothing. So Easter weekend is over, back to the grind of isolation in a new work week, but one day just feels like another. Let's get started and see what topics there are to rant about today.

First off I hear America is a dictatorship now, the federal government has total authority to run the country despite the constitution and being made up of fifty one separate individual states as Trump claims unilateral authority on how and when he will open America again, in a statement he is quoted as saying "When somebody is the president of the United Sates, the authority is total. He is out of control, He thinks he is the ultimate power in America, (he, he, he), he keeps stating he did this, he did that, when I did. For F****sake he thinks America is like Russia, China and North Korea where the leader has the ultimate say on what happens in the country not the fifty one Governors or the voting public. America do the world a F****** favour and get rid of this homicidal dementia suffering mad man before he causes a nuclear war and I tell you it won't be a world war it will be a civil war where he pushes the button on his own country. 

Also it was reported that Trumps daughter and son in law will head up the officials on a team to reopen America which also includes five Trump cronies who have no experience or knowledge to do with medical matters and doesn't have one doctor, health expert, scientist, person of colour or national security expert on the team, so how the hell can they make the decision in an educational, economic or professional matter when they all have one thing in common, they are money hungry narcissistic poor excuses for humanity.  

And in dear old Blighty at least Johnson again was absent from the headlines, but the main thing as I noted yesterday is the outbreaks in nursing homes and in vulnerable adults which are apparently being airbrushed from death counts, but it has been reported that nearly two thousand care home in England alone have reported cases of coronavirus and that number doesn't include the rest of the UK. Again the government seems to forget we are a united Kingdom of four individual countries and only report on England. This has to change or give Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland there independence.

Well, another week starts even if it is a holiday for some, if it is, I hope you enjoy it in isolation. What can I rant about today, let's see.

So the main thing trending in America is Trump telling everyone that no one could have predicted a pandemic of this scale and his team is effectively dealing with it, while rewinding back just over five years Obama gave a speach predicting this very thing happening and global safeguards should be set up to combat what may happen, So history has spoken Trump. Your administration has fucked the world once more. Also Dr Fauci told CNN that the American government should have acted quicker to fight this virus and what does Trump do? He did what he always does he spat his dummy out on twitter threatening to sack Dr Fauci, what a f****** prick! I can't be sure, but I think in four years Trump has sacked more people than any other president, Does he think he is still on the Apprentice? "You're Fired"!

So back to little old Blighty again. Well the media is spending more time praising and hero worshipping Johnson than reporting actual news about the virus, the death toll or questioning the government about how they plan to immunise against it, which is just B***** stupid, he is one man and in the words of Spock "The needs of the many, out way the needs of the one", so shut the f*** up about Johnson I beg of you Journalists. Another story is about Michael Grove MP getting special permission to get his daughter tested for the virus while care homes all over Britain go untested meaning thousands of pensioners and vulnerable adults could be at risk which is just disgusting. I was a full time carer for my father with dementia who was classed as a vulnerable adult which in a time without a pandemic was tough, but I can't imagine what my life would have been like now if I hadn't lost him nearly a year ago, so as a former carer my heart goes out to all the families and individuals who have taken on the task of caring for loved one's or vulnerable adults, especially now in this time of uncertainty and my hope is you are all keeping safe and well. KEEP CARING THEY NEED YOU!

If I haven't depressed you yet, then let me add one last thing, it's not just the commoners or the vulnerable this virus is killing, it's claiming celebrities all over the world, just to name two in Britain which is comedians Eddie Large and Tim Brooke-Taylor, Rest in Peace! and make those angels laugh guys.

Happy Easter to everyone or is it, How can it be happy in this climate with the public been banned from visiting churches, seasides, parks, etc while governments just twiddle their thumbs. 

The news out of America is that they have reached world number one again as they record the highest amount of deaths per country worldwide and yes they have a big ass population, but still twenty thousand deaths is unacceptable. But why worry when there president is on the ball with ways to combat the virus, he wants to mine the moon, how can the American public really want to keep this idiot in power. While thousand of Americans die instead of signing an order to further combat COVID-19, he signs one to state a claim on the moons resources and doesn't see a need to get permission of international agreements saying the US doesn't see space as a common area of resources. So America your president has signed an order to create a space army and now to lay claim to the moon and space, what a F****** narcissistic dementia suffering idiot. Please get rid of him in November.

While back in dear old Blighty Boris is back at the headlines of the news as he recovers from the virus getting an honour guard of NHS staff as he was wheeled from intensive care, OMFG, what next clap for Boris cause he has taken a dump on his own, this is just hippocracy gone wrong especially when you see the faces of the medical staff covered in rashes from the masks and PPE they have to wear. Then you have the front line workers dieing which the Guardian newspaper finally paid tribute to. So to recap NHS is under funded, under equipped and staff below doctors are sorely under-payed, yet the government honour them with instigating a clapping session every Thursday, which is good that the public want to show their appreciation, but wouldn't sorting out the wages be better especially since this present government stopped a bill to increase Nurses wages.

Well that's my rant for today, but to end on a sadder note on top of all the regular people dieing from this disease, we loose yet another celebrity with the death of Sir Sterling Moss following on from Honor Blackman earlier this week while not due to coronavirus, still sad, both in their nineties which is a good innings.

So it's Saturday and it's Easter weekend. Well the big news over night from America is Trumps meltdown on camera calling the corona virus brilliant making it sound like a sentient being, so should we call starfleet requesting Admiral Picard to be sent back in time to negotiate with it to come to a peaceful conclusion letting us all live happily ever after and what about those antibiotics that no longer do there job should we have them sacked and expelled from the federation. For f**** sake someone please institutionalise this idiot and put the world out of it's misery having to deal with the insanity known as POTUS 45.

And back in old Blighty at least Johnson is out of the headlines at the moment, but only because the fight on the front lines is getting more dangerous as medical staff are running out of personal protection equipment causing some staff to start using bin bags instead. Also it was reported that a TV company has donated its on set ventilators because the NHS is running short of viable equipment, what a F****** disgrace and that is due to years of under funding on the part of the government and hospital boards. Another problem is all the vulnerable pensioners in care homes, their dropping like flies because they are stuck together and have weakened immune systems, there are new cases being reported everyday which is worrying.

You know what p***** me off the most, the advanced knowledge the rest of the worlds governments had about this virus, they knew what was going on in China, but chose to do the usual stuff. That is sit on there a**** and play "wait and see" with the general public's lives. Trump sent millions of dollar's worth of Personal protection equipment to China long before they even announced there was a virus. He knew all about the problems in Wuhan, but decided it's a China virus and it will never reach America, well guess what D******, "Corona's here" and it's well and truly biting at your INSANE ASS.

So how about a little bit of good news, a ninety nine year old world war two veteran went home after winning his battle against COVID-19. Good for him, still showing how resolute the older generation is. on that I sign off.

Today is Good Friday which for some is a religious day, while for others it is just a days holiday (in isolation), yet for the essential people of the medical community it is just another work day. What's P***** me off is how some people are politicising this current climate for their own gains. It is sickening how certain  individuals are leeches and create a positive spins on negative interactions. 

In america they are debating which rapist they should vote in to the Whitehouse which surely is just the height of stupidity, when there was two powerful women that would carry no past illegal baggage in to the role or even a couple of younger men. So America isn't it time to drop the old cliche and hand the nuclear football to less unstable characters especially when you see the pictures of the mass grave being dug in New York city for the dead or when you read that thousands of migrants are been expelled using a made up corona virus law.

Then we return to old blighty where the big news of the day isn't that we are beating or loosing to the virus, instaed it is how Boris Johnson is recovering from the virus and wandering the hospital shaking hands. What a F****** idiot, okay he may now have the antibodies needed to fight the virus, but still has he not learned anything from catching it in the first place especially as the worldwide death toll is nearly one hundred thousand dead and nearly nine thousand in the UK alone, which has included a lot of key personnel such as a doctor who pleaded for virus protection from the start.

I also just read that google is being used to track people using parks and other open spaces which is just another step towards a big brother style dystopia, but on a less ranty note the respect being shown to the medical personnel, carers and key workers risking not only their physical health, but their mental health on the front lines is overwhelming and muchly deserved as people for the third week in a row clap in support of the tremendous work.

So by my guessing we must be somewhere between twenty one and twenty eight days in to lockdown. So the world governments have now had roughly three months to get to grips with this virus and what is the news in America reporting? How well Trump has performed in dealing with this crisis, even being praised by his butt licking AG Barr saying how well the Trump administration is performing, what a F******* joke, America is reporting nearly fifteen thousand deaths country wide with one pensioners facility in Georgia loosing eighty one of there residents. 

How is that peforming well? Obama's presidency saw a rise in health care and his forces killed Osama bin laden, Bush dealt with the terrorist attacks of nine/eleven and his forces killed Saddam Hussain. Whats Trump done? Helped kill nearly fifteen thousand American's, escaped impeachment, raised the poverty level, reintroduced racial profiling, alienated America from the other world powers except Russia and North Korea which he has praised and made a whole lot of F****** money for his family and supporters by performing acts of criminality while pretending to serve the American public, WOW, he has really performed exceptionally as a POTUS 45!!!!!!

Can someone get it in to the American public's head that it is all propaganda trying to make Trump look better with the presidential election looming and he now knows his opposition after the DMC hailed Biden as the Democratic parties candidate. What a F***** up situation the world is in when one of the most powerful nations in the world has a dementia driven narcissist in charge of it's policies, let alone the F****** nuclear football (Damn Scary).

And on the other side of the pond, back home it is being reported that our death toll is much higher by a supposed US model, WOW once again, these yanks always have to have a say in little old blighties situation, don't they? Well putting that aside for now it seems the #policestate is still going strong with reports police are warning of more arrests due to people flaunting this big brother style law, which I understand, but really how much power do the police need before they start flaunting the rules and become over zealous in their actions. While on the government front Johnson said to be doing better (Yippee! - sarcasm not a death threat #policestate) as we hear the lockdown may be extended which as self-isolationist all year round myself, that is okay by me, except I have just tried to order an Iceland delivery and have been placed in a queue to claim a delivery slot rather just blatantly refused (What the F***). Hold the phone I got a delivery slot, Frozen food ordered, world resumes, at least it will on Monday when I get my food delivery.

With that little bit of good news I find at the moment I am without words to rant.

OMG, is Trump not this world's biggest F****** P****, not deserving of the privilege he holds blaming the world health authority for his incompetence. How can the American public keep supporting this narcissistic piece of s*** for a human being, it just dumbfounds me. From the day he entered the doors of the Whitehouse he has systematically breached, subverted, lied, committed crimes, blatantly suppressed information, conned his way out of impeachment and for four years clearly being suffering from dementia and I know what dementia looks like living with someone who suffered from it for seven years.

Now let's return across the pond home to the unprecedented crap being spouted in support of yet another over privileged piece of s*** running our own country, don't get me wrong I don't wish him any harm physically, but for a national newspaper to ask the country to pray for him is just f****** ridiculous and for the idiots who stood in the streets clapping for him shame on you. This man has spent his political career sprouting bullshit and claiming a wage doing it (which is just wrong on so many fronts).Yes he has contracted the virus, but he knew the precautions to take and just didn't bother. The paper says "he stayed at work for you", he didn't stay at work for me, I didn't want him in 10 downing street to start with, as I said the other day I would sooner see Margaret Thatcher back in 10 downing street (Yes I know she's dead and I still hate her, but even dead she would do a better job than f****** Boris).

All I think this world is asking for is that if you take on the role of a countries leader at least be up to doing the job and not just bluff your way through putting lives and the economy at risk for generations to come. So that is my rant for today!

So, the UK government is coming down with COVID-19. It must be getting very serious for the people who kept denying it even existed. I wish them all the luck in this world and hope they recover, after all I ain't a b******, but wouldn't you think the very people telling us what we can and can't do would at least take the proper precautions themselves.

One small fact that is slightly p****** me off at the moment is this crap about clap for Boris, yes send him a speedy recovery wishes, but don't f****** clap for him. Spend your time clapping for the other poor souls who remain nameless or the nameless essential workers risking their lives to keep the country and its people safe, not for a single politician.

Why do some people think certain politicians walk on water like the reason most celebrate Easter, But for me they are just over payed mouths who couldn't find a better profession. I am totally without words for the public who rate one life over another just because they are a celebrity figure. So please please stop the f****** stupidity and just wish them well and if you do stand in the street at 8pm clapping for this over educated buffoon who probably caused it to himself, shame on you!

Well here we are again, its Monday morning and I don't know about anyone else, but I get the feeling we are heading towards martial law. I caught an interview from the Andrew Marr show yesterday with the health Secretary I think he was. He was expressing his outrage at people flaunting the new laws giving the police the right to stop and question peoples reason for being outside. He went on to state his disgust and how the government didn't want to enforce the lock down protocols with more stringent powers.

Look I know we need to be conscience of the spread of this virus by honouring the 2 metre rule, but for a government representative to go on to a TV programme and openly condemn the public for their open neglect by walking in the park or being less than 2 metres from another person is blatant hipocracy in my book as he is disobey his own law by being around other people in a television studio.

Where does this guy get the balls to flaunt the law and then threaten to impose a ban on walking or exercising outside which before anyone jumps down my throat I know it is for the good of the nation, but again it's one rule for them and one rule for us. I am a single bloke living on my own and even without the lock down protocol I can go months without seeing or talking to someone else, so I am used to it, but what about those people like me who have an active social life. They are quite literally F***** aren't they!

So stop telling us what we can and can't do, and start telling us what you can do to end this nightmare and stop passing the buck. Start acting and stop reacting, Start by playing the game offensively instead of defensively, start leading instead of misleading, just start doing the f****** job you were elected to do and stop criticising others while pocketing your over paid salary.

And so begins the day of rest, one day where we should lay down what we are doing and recoup, but for some that is not possible. Those people out there working to either keep people alive or those others working to keep shelves in shops stocked during this time. I bow in admiration for all you splendid human beings battling the front lines while certain leaders still dither in there efforts to decide the best course of action other than tell the public to stay at home.

The doctors, nurses, pharmacists, paramedics, carers, cleaners, porters and orderlies who risk everything to fore-fill there vocations at risk to themselves should be commended and congratulated, but when this is all over no doubt a section of the public especially the politicians and the hospital board members who control the wage bills will just forget all about them going back to business as usual.

Well I was going to try and make this entry positive without ranting, but I just can't help myself, it looks like it's in my DNA to be a grumpy old man long before I need to be. once again Thank You to all the individuals who put themselves at risk hourly and you know who you are.

Well it's been announced Jeremy Corbyn has been replaced by Sir Keir Starmer as labour leader which should be good for labour as long as he is someone who can fight the bullshit Johnson sprouts. I only hope he isn't just another entitled mouth for the rich.

He speaks a good fight, but lets see if he can push the tories to bare their discrimination's instead of allowing them to serve the rich. I used to vote labour until Blair was replaced by Brown, so I will watch Keir Starmer closely to see if he deserves my vote.

So the next stage is to see which privileged white man will become the President of the United States, will Trump Stay on for a further four years or will it be Sanders or Biden who becomes the 46th president. Either way it's an old white man!

Why is America only interested on letting men run the country? Are they afraid of women? Do they need a person with a physical set of balls instead of a person who will juggle the balls and smash them when needed?

And before anyone asks I am a middle aged heterosexual man and I don't have mommy issues or the need to be dominated. What I need is for this F****** world to be more diverse in it's thinking. At some point in the past everyone descended from one DNA line which means we are all family in some way, whether it be white, coloured, mixed race, male, female, transgender, Agender, heterosexual, homosexual, lesbian, bisexual or whatever classification you want to place on yourself. For pity sake this is the twenty first century, not the eighteenth or nineteenth. Even the Romans who were a blood thirsty lot were more open to race, gender or sexual orientation than us so called civilised human beings of the twentieth century. 

Live and let live, F*** who you want as long as it's legal that is and let's concentrate on the bigger problems like this bloody virus that's killing us off in the thousands or the environment because other than man killing man over religion, we have an earth that's imploding with new virus's and nature fighting back with natural disasters, so for the sake of humankind pull your f****** fingers out and concentrate on survival not destruction!

Well here we go again, more bullshit been puked up by so called wise men in politics. The latest out of the Whitehouse is Trump putting his useless son in law in charge of PPE distribution for 51 states and in the UK's secretary for health, Matt Hancock back peddling on his estimates for PPE stocks less than a month later. Where are the people who know the real information been hidden or is it a, let's pluck a number out of the sky and hope we get somewhere near scenario.

Look I am no way qualified to do any better, but there has to be people who are because these excuses for political advisors clearly aren't cutting it at there supposed jobs. Put the people from the World Heath Organisation who deal with this shit on a daily basis in charge or even an armed forces logistics expert, not tech wiz kids and wannabe lawyers.

The world is been held to ransom by buffoons and under qualified idiots who are in it for their own pockets to see how much money they can make before the shit hits the fan. These people are supposed to serve the people not the people serve them, which seems to be the case with the present U.S and U.K governments. There idea of serving the people is to either do what daddy in law tells them, so they make more money themselves or throw money at the problem writing of millions in debts, which should have been done well before the situation got to the point of being a re-run of the zombie apocalypse in the real world and not a B movie horror flick.

When are people going to wake up from there sweat little (Trump and Johnson are the world saviours) dreams and realise this shit is actually real. They are unqualified ass-holes who don't know how to successfully do the job they pretend to be experts at. They are creating a rising death toll by concentrating on themselves first and the people never, with inadequate decision making. One clearly is more worried about his notoriety on F****** Facebook and returning his country back in time to before the American civil war, while the other wants to return his country back fifty years in evolution to before a common market just so he can recreate a political hierarchy of public schoolboys like it was in the nineteenth century.

There may be a vast ocean separating these two countries leaders, but the political thinking is clearly alike. Return to a time of pre-racial equality and socioeconomic equality, when the rich ruled the masses selling the non whites in to slavery or the poor in to indentured servitude for the sake of their personal fortunes. 

All I see is two leaders who are running there countries like a job for the boys scenario, instead of how can we make it better for our voting public of middle and lower classes. I am only sorry previous leaders weren't in charge now like Abraham Lincoln, Franklin D Roosevelt, John F Kennedy, David Lloyd George, Winston Churchill and Margaret Thatcher (even though I hated her).
