As we reach midweek at the beginning of Armageddon. America shows its true colours and Britain fights on in vain against a virus unsuccessfully. Can things get any worse?
Well in America it can as the Trump/Biden showdown is in limbo as states slowly show their solidarity one way or the other. What is really sickening to see from an outsider’s point of view is how blinkered half of American’s really are. Those fifty percent that believes Trump, McConnell and Graham are what is right for America. How can it be so? These men are misogynistic dinosaurs incapable of doing what is right for the people of America and have proven it for years, yet they still get votes. I am just lost for words, on how truly blind someone can be. Trump has campaigned on a racist platform, McConnell has campaigned on a fascist platform and Graham openly told women that if they were prolife they would go far. These men are clearly wishing to return America back to the time when women belonged in the kitchen, Blacks didn’t belong anywhere but the plantation fields and the law was controlled by rich white men. Trump claimed victory even though he is actually behind at the moment. He has stated openly he will take the result to the Republican bought Supreme Court to stop any more votes been counted because Democrats are stealing the election which as an outsider all I see is a failed president trying to corrupt the democratic process and implement a coup d'etat to win.
Wow America all I can say, is the world mourns your ignorance for believing in a man clearly working to create a fascist state to replace 250 years of democracy, can you not see this or are you all just chickens willing to let the wolf back in to the hen house and keep killing while supressing your civil rights. Country after country are expressing worry over the future stability of the US constitution as Trump time and time again pushes his mentally deranged ideology and conspiracy theories on national television. Even Pence tried to smooth the tsunami of discord Trumps outburst has sent across the globe, but failed. Biden in contrast has called the election as been on track, but to wait for all the ballots to be tallied legally. I myself think a deeper look in to the finances of both McConnell and Graham by the FBI is called for because something is wrong in Kentucky and South Carolina when two previous slave owner states still vote in the confederate stylised incumbents instead of the young blood of a black man and a female ex-marine. Both men have shown how corrupt and misleading they can be forcing not only a unsuitable judge on to the Supreme court days before an election they vowed never to do, but have supressed aid to needy families suffering from unemployment due to the pandemic. I keep saying it, but as an outsider I am dumbfounded at the blinkered fantasy Americans are living, under an obvious dictatorship of ‘White Privilege’. The country is heading in to a civil war and the outcome could prove devastating not only for America, but also the world if as well as McConnell and Graham they choose to re-elect Trump. Armageddon is truly in the future if that happens.
On that I will check out dear old Blighty where MP’s are set to vote on the pending lockdown England faces tomorrow night. We the people have no say, we the people are not considered and the politicians are sitting on their behinds while the rest of the country suffers. The new restrictions are less than those implanted in March, but still direct people to stay home as Johnson claims the death toll through the winter could be double that of the spring if the month long lockdown is not implemented to slow down the rise in the COVID-19 virus. The government still has no clue in how eradicate the pandemic on our shores and just keep implementing and changing their viewpoint if not hourly, definitely daily. The people that this issue of governmental incompetence is hurting is the people in the hospitality and tourist industry, then top that off with the self-employed, you find a country in economic decline and mortality ascendance which is a scary place to be.
What is worse is, as unemployment levels rise, those individuals that have struggled for years to find viable employment now have less chance of finding work due to the fact they are now in a battle with people recently unemployed with more experience. The government has failed in their promise to give help to the unemployed with less required skills to enable them back to work. I have only been registered unemployed for nearly eighteen months, but have not worked since 2010, taking on the role of fulltime care giver for my father when he was diagnosed with Dementia in 2013, so realistically I have not worked for an employer for ten years and at fifty two with limited skills, I am finding it really hard to find work especially now when fewer firms are actively recruiting. My situation is not the governments fault, but I do regard them as complacent in how they view people who are long term unemployed.
Basically I find myself not mentioning other countries of the world with their own issues within this year of hell is because I would be researching for weeks, writing for days and editing for hours, so I stick to my own shores because what Johnson and his cabinet does, affects me personally, while checking in daily with what happens in America sort of intrigues me. That been said I do understand the world is suffering also, most prominently in France, Austria, Poland, Belarus Nigeria and Hong Kong, but the issues been broadcast in America affects the global balance more. America’s election and civil unrest could actually pour out beyond its own borders affecting us all as a planet. The fact that there could be a civil war in the one of the most powerful countries on the planet is cause for concern everywhere. Trump been re-elected could cause more protests on the streets over his iron fist style regime, but equally as scary is the fact that if Biden wins there are those underground Militia movements that have already been witnessed coming to light like the incident with the foiled kidnap plot against the Michigan democratic party Governor Gretchen Whitmer just last month. Incidents like these as gun-toting Militia, Neo-Nazi fanatics and White Supremacists come out to disrupt a Biden/Harris administration is the real worry of the future of not just America, but the world as internal fights destabilizing America gives other countries the time they require to enact their own internal coups.
So as we the world find ourselves on the Precipice of destruction from a deadly pandemic, failing economies and burgeoning terror attacks, both internally and externally, America for some unknown dumbfounding reason believes Trump still deserves to be president even after his premature announcement of victory and his illegal claim that he will take the vote to the Supreme Court to win, stopping anymore counting in key states he currently holds due to polls projections. I as an Englishman living in the UK have never felt the need to get involved in politics, but this year I am finding a strong need to rant about inconsistencies and blatant illegalities in both UK and US politics. The UK has been steam rolled in to a no-deal Brexit and a rising COVID death toll by the incompetence of the Conservatives that have run our country for ten years, while the US democracy has slowly been ripped apart from within by a corrupt presidential administration and Republican held majority in the Senate over the last four years. America had a chance to dismiss the three main deceivers of the past four years, yesterday as Elections for President, Senate and Congress were run, but on all counts except one at the moment of my writing this rant had failed allowing McConnell and Graham to keep their corrupt seats on the Senate. On that I will call it a day and closely watch America either descend in to ‘DANTE’S INFERNO OF HELL’ under Trump/Pence or ‘REACH FOR THE HEAVENS’ under Biden/Harris while we in the UK suffer under Johnson,
