Well, it's Saturday and another weekend, let's have a look at what's been going on.

So on the day Katie Miller who is married to Steve Miller, The Whitehouse immigration advisor and is also Mike Pence's press secretary ( there's no nepotism in the Whitehouse is there?), tests positive for COVID-19, Donald Trump states that COVID-19 will go away without a vaccine and that deaths will top ninety five thousands also. Also one of Presidents Trump's personal valets has tested positive for the virus. How close does the virus have to get to the leaders of America before it gets serious to them, does it have to strike down one of them or their families?

So back to dear old Blighty, while Wales slackens lockdown to allowing people to exercise outside more than once a day and garden centre's reopen under strict social distancing rules, Scotland is being more precautious, while Johnson is going to outline England's proposed review tomorrow. What I don't understand is I thought we were supposed to be living in a United Kingdom, so why are we making policies as separate countries that just astounds me.

One scary thing coming out during the daily briefings is how the government is mapping peoples movements using google to pin point what people are and plotting this down on a statistical graph ( Big Brother is with us).

Yesterday was filled with virtual remembrance of times that had past with comparisons made with today which neither timeline should be considered together as the trauma's of the second world war which lasted for six years cannot and should not be compared to a matter of weeks where people are asked to consider the bigger picture rather than complain. So please stop comparing us to the war generation as we know nothing of hardship compared to those gallant men and women who should be immortalised for their contribution to the world we know today.

Rant you tomorrow!
