In America we see more ineptitude and profiteering from Trump. In an extraordinary clip seen during an interview Trump, rifled through sheets of graphs to claim that the US has lower numbers of coronavirus than other nations while the interviewers expressions told the real story of the interview. Trump stressed his point that America has a lowest number of deaths as a percentage of coronavirus cases in the world, but when Swain pointed instead to the number of US COVID-19 deaths as a population percentage, Trump's reply was simply 'You can't do that' reacting like a spoilt kid who had just had his homework rebutted by a teacher. As the interview continued Trump kept trying to refer to his visual aids to back up his answers, but then when he wasn't winning the debate he simply stated he wouldn't get in to the territory of debating whether other countries faked their reports (referring to South Korea) related to population to deaths percentage. Wouldn't you think if you were going in to an interview, especially as the president of the United States of America you would at least have an idea of the facts without constantly having to refer to charts and graphs prepared as visual aids. This just proves the man is unable to muster the cognitive skills needed to perform his role especially as he pushes to reopen schools without adequate safeguards on the back of reports that 260 school employees have tested positive for the virus in one school within Georgia and rather than pass a bill helping fight the virus Republicans are trying to add their own agendas on to the bill with the likes of, the funding of F35 fighter jets that aren't needed at the cost of six hundred and eighty six million dollars and decreasing unemployment benefits which is needed by twenty five million dollars. All this unnecessary shit while people keep dying across the country, wake up and smell the hipocracy America.
In other news concerning Microsoft's take over bid of TikTok, Trump has now stated that the government should get a cut from the sale of TikTok's US unit if an American firm buys it. He has openly stated that he made a demand for a "substantial portion" of the purchase price in a phone call at the weekend with Microsoft's boss, but also warned that he will ban the app, which is owned by China's ByteDance, on 15 September if there is no deal as he continues his threatened crackdown on Chinese tech companies within the US prompting a response from China as an off the cuff attack promising reprisals. As you can see the country is led by a viscious narcissistic money hungry individual who is being questioned on many fronts over his past and present conduct as not just president or business man, but as a despicable human being. Those groups seeking justice for such things like racial equality by the BLM, Sexual equality by the LGBTQ community, political misconducts and fraud by the DNC, the American voters for his indescribable ineptitude of leadership in the face of open genocide and most importantly for his decades of racketeering by New York's Attorney. As New York prosecutor's still seeks Trump's tax returns which the Supreme Court ruled last month they could examine stated he was investigating reports of "protracted criminal conduct at the Trump Organization". The case is clearly broader than alleged hush money payments made to two women who say they had affairs with Trump who dismisses the probe calling it a witch hunt. This on going to and fro just keeps getting juicier as Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr has filed a subpoena to obtain eight years of Mr Trump's personal and corporate tax returns, which the Trump Organization is challenging. This is a man with so many skeletons to hide he needs his own cemetery to bury them in, he is the modern day Al Capone, but the difference is Trump is worse because he disguises his true intentions in a multitude of lies which are finally coming back to bite his orange ass with the veracity of a viper hypnotising it's prey before striking. I will leave you to think over the last four years that the American voters truly got wrong when they elected Donald Trump in to office.
Now on to dear old Blighty to see what ineptitude our leader has shown. So as Johnson’s plea's to people stating that that they should be going back to work in offices across England from Monday appears to have gone unheeded. Many offices were still deserted across the country as only a handful of people sauntered out, mostly heading to work in shops or hospitals rather than to office-based jobs. Johnson had stated it was important people should be going back to work now, but even he seemed to struggle to lead by example as he left his office in Downing Street after lunchtime and spent most of the day working from his country residence at Chequers (who can truly say he was actually working). If the primeminister can't show the fortitude to work in his palatial offices how does he expect the rest of the country to risk catching the virus just to appease him by going in to their less than adequate cubicles. Also as the new school years creeps ever nearer how can he expect parents to send their little one's off to face possible infection as the governments test and trace scheme is mostly failing to catch outbreaks and is inadequate when it comes to preventing a second wave of the virus after schools in the UK reopen. Scientists have warned of these inadequacies while many parents have raised concerns that an increased transmission rate would also result in many parents having to stay away from home with their children. The minister for regional growth stated that the government figures were higher when asked about the estimate that only 50% of contacts are being traced during an interview with BBC. He then tried to back up that the figures were greater than 50% by saying the NHS Test and Trace scheme was maturing all the time and that getting children back to school in the autumn was a top priority that the government would not be willing to trade even though an entirely new infrastructure which there's no precedent for was being built and that they are confident it was working, are confident that it will continue to improve, and ware confident that it will allow schools to open safely in the autumn. What I hear, when I read those words is that Children will go back to school this Autumn no matter what, the government doesn't really care if the spread increases, they aren't listening to the scientist and they are once again think the economy is more important than peoples lives. What is really scary is the fact we have to put up with this ineptitude and blatant hipocray for another three and a half years unless a vote of confidence is called for sooner.
All this present madness and more is going to keep happening unless something is done, but is there anyone else within the Tory party that can be trusted to do a better job because if Johnson is ousted, it's more than likely he will be replaced by yet another clone of ineptitude which is birthed within the mentality of the party year after year. At fifty one I have witnessed two styles of government which Thatcherism and Blairism, both been the longest running primeminister of their respective parties since the second world war. One privatised the country off and the other helped rebuild the countries infrastructure. What I see in Johnson is a man who is neither, I never liked Thatcher because I grew up in the age of her dissolving the practice of apprenticeships by privatising or closing national industries which previously gave training and career's to the young. Even though Blair did some good for the country he never quite rid us of the Tories influence, but Johnson is worse than them both because he has sold us out by supporting Brexit from day one and openly campaigning towards a no deal Brexit while allowing a document to be signed that holds the country to type of divorce settlement where we pay back monies borrowed in a timely fashion filling the economical monetary blackhole leaving the EU with open while we get nothing. Granted the money is only what we owe, but surely a more financially fiscal result would have been to stay within the common market instead of believing standing alone in stubborn national pride is a wiser move especially as the future could see the dissolvement of the United Kingdom with Scotland and Wales contemplating referendums to remove themselves from a centralized government in London, so they have the right to rejoin the EU and run the countries their own way. Basically as I stated earlier which again is only my opinion Johnson is no good for these four nations that combined gives us the United Kingdom making the economy, peoples civil rights and the future over the next three plus years worse than during the depression of the twenties, with that to think about I will call it a day.
